We have three different options for removeable dentures, depending on the quality of the finish: :

Option 1 :	"Tempory dentures" Pink-coloured resin and a rather monochrome tooth.
Option 2 :	"Standard dentures" Red/Pink coloured resin, with a more natural look, with more translucent teeth.
Option 3 :	"Deluxe dentures" Similar resin to option 2, the teeth are made with more resistant composite material, they are also brighter, better modelled, with a surface that closely resembles a natural tooth.

We systematically produce an Individual Custom Tray for each patient, using an alginate primer.

Our occlusion waxes are made on a secondary model which allows us to work the wax so that it fits perfectly with your mouth and articulator.

All of the work don on the articulator is made using a precise Stratos. It’s made according to the average values of the Camper plan.

The maxillary model is systematically transferred to the articulator by means of a transfer table.
A complete removeable set of dentures, after setting the anterior height ( with a free position of the incisors) gives you a horizontal plan where the maxillary wax pad can be trimmed with a cutter to make it allign with the bipupillary line in the frontal plan and parallel to the Camper plan.

The correct positioning of the maxillary model, relative to the geometry of the articulator, allows us to properly understand both the esthetic and masticatory functions.
We take great care in the correct positioning of each artificial tooth for the stability of the devices. The polished surfaces and soft tissue stabilizers are the subject of detailed work based on expert knowledge of the mouth environment.

The SR Ivocap High Impact resin is designed thanks to the IVOCAP system from IVOCLAR. The resin injection technique continuously compensates for the loss of resin during baking. This is a managed heat-polymerization method under constant pressure of 6 bars. The doses of resin are prepared by IVOCLAR which eliminates dosing errors.
This process assures us of: - A perfect precise fit (baking from individual custom tray). - Respect for the occlusion, therefore no increase in vertical   dimension. - The homogeneity of the resin making it highly-resistant to fractures. Conforms to EN ISO 1567

We pay special attention to the precision of the fit of the casting.
That’s why our metal frames are made with the best materials for maximum accuracy.
Our CoCr (Cobalt/Chrome) alloys are free of beryllium, gallium, indium, cadmium and nickel. They are perfectly biocompatible.




We produce a large number of combined dentures, coupled with milled-crowns with or without attachments :

- The milling has a crucial role in retention and stability.
- The retention of the crown is more efficient and allows us to place
   the hooks more discreetly.
- The attachments, consisting of both male and female, guarantee an
   invisible and effective retention. They will always be associated with
   milling.
